Single Vial Price

CJC-1295 (no DAC) and Ipamorelin are two growth hormone secretagogues: CJC-1295 is a growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analogue and Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) agonist. This blend is supplied for in vitro laboratory studies of GHRH and ghrelin receptor pharmacology.

Description

This blend combines two synthetic growth hormone secretagogues that act at different receptors, for laboratory studies of GHRH receptor and ghrelin receptor signaling.

CJC-1295 NO DAC is the standard formulation of a synthetic growth hormone-releasing hormone analogue without the Drug Affinity Complex modification. It has the molecular formula C165H269N47O46 and a molecular weight of 3647.15 g/mol, and consists of 29 amino acids representing a modified version of the first 29 amino acids of GHRH. Its modifications include D-alanine at position 2 to resist enzymatic degradation, glutamine at position 8 to reduce asparagine rearrangement, alanine at position 15, and leucine at position 27 to prevent methionine oxidation.

Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide that acts as a selective agonist of the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a). It is used in research on ghrelin receptor signaling.

CJC-1295 NO DAC binds GHRH receptors, activating adenylyl cyclase and increasing cyclic AMP (cAMP) in laboratory systems. Ipamorelin activates the ghrelin receptor through a distinct G-protein coupled receptor pathway that also raises cAMP. Together they allow study of how GHRH and ghrelin receptor signaling interact in cell-based assays.

This formulation contains 5 mg of CJC-1295 NO DAC and 5 mg of Ipamorelin (10 mg total). Research preparations require appropriate reconstitution and storage to maintain the stability of both peptide components. Identity and purity are verified by third-party testing; see the Certificate of Analysis for this product.
