Shipping & Delivery

Ascension Peptides charges a flat rate of $15 for all domestic shipments. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of order placement. For USA deliveries, please allow 2–5 business days after payment is fully processed and released by your bank.

Ascension Peptides will select the fastest available shipping option based on cost and destination location. Every order will be shipped as soon as payment is fully released by your bank.

02 — Carriers

Shipping Carriers


All orders ship via UPS or USPS. The buyer understands that once an order has shipped, any loss or damage that occurs during shipment is the buyer’s responsibility.

The buyer understands that orders typically take 2 to 5 business days to arrive, and that the length of time for a package to transit from the seller’s origin to the buyer’s destination is in no way guaranteed. The seller cannot be held responsible for late or lost packages due to shipping carrier delays.

We will contact you with tracking details when your order has shipped. You may also check order status by logging in to your account on our website.

03 — Lost Packages

Lost & Damaged Packages

We provide a tracking number for every shipment so customers can monitor the delivery status of their packages. However, once the package leaves our facility and is in the custody of the shipping carrier, Ascension Peptides is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We strongly recommend that customers purchase Route Shipping Protection at checkout. Route is a package protection and tracking solution that provides low-cost shipping protection in the event that a package is lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

File a Claim

If you experienced an issue with your order, please file a claim directly with Route’s team at claims.route.com. Ascension Peptides is not liable for lost or damaged packages once they have been received by the shipping carrier. By using our shipping services, customers agree to this policy.

We are not responsible for packages stolen after they are delivered. Proof of delivery relieves Ascension Peptides of any responsibility for the package.

04 — Address

Wrong or Incomplete Address

In the event that a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address resulting in a failed delivery or loss of the package, Ascension Peptides cannot be held responsible for any costs associated with the loss. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of their shipping address.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate shipping information, including the correct recipient name, complete address (including apartment/suite numbers if applicable), city, state, and postal code.
  • Double-check the entered address before finalizing the order.
  • Ensure the address follows the correct format and meets the requirements of the destination’s postal system.
  • Review the confirmation email containing order details and the shipping address, and contact us immediately if any corrections are needed.

Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact the customer to notify them of the failed delivery attempt and provide options for reshipment. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for resending the package to the corrected address.

Lost Package Due to Incorrect Address

If a package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Ascension Peptides will not be liable for the cost of the lost package. In such cases, we encourage customers to contact their local postal service for assistance.

05 — Security

Privacy & Security

When your order is submitted online, you are protected by 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology on our secure server. We take your privacy very seriously and follow all federal and state privacy laws to ensure your information is completely secure and confidential.

We will not release your personal or order information to anyone and will not use your information for any purpose other than fulfilling your order(s).

All transactions on our website are encrypted and processed securely through a third-party payment gateway. We do not store credit card information on our servers or in any physical form, and we do not share credit card information with any third-party organizations except for payment processing purposes.

06 — Ordering

Ordering & Payment

You may order from Ascension Peptides 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our secure website. After your order is submitted, approved, and payment is received, your order will be filled, properly packaged, and shipped by a reputable delivery service such as UPS or USPS.

Ascension Peptides accepts payments with Visa or ACH Bank Draft. We offer both individual pricing and wholesale bulk pricing. Please see our product pages for quantity discounts. For large bulk discounts, contact us at sales@AscensionPeptides.com.

During checkout, you will have to register or sign in. Registration enables you to check order status, change account information, and access past orders. 

07 — Force Majeure

Delays Beyond Our Control

Ascension Peptides shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation delays due to backorders of requested products, mail delays, or lost shipments.

Ascension Peptides shall not be responsible to notify the customer in the event of such delays. The customer shall be solely responsible to make other arrangements to purchase alternative products and any costs incurred in connection with such purchases.
