01 — Returns
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products offered on our website, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason.
Please note that research chemicals are not intended for human consumption and are sold strictly for scientific research purposes. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any research chemical purchases.
All of the products will be handled only by qualified and properly trained research or laboratory professionals only. Due to the nature of these products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
02 — Damaged Items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to discuss a resolution. Beyond 24 hours after receiving the product, Ascension Peptides will not refund or exchange the product.
Returns are accepted only if the seller is at fault and a shipment received is not what was ordered. In such cases, please contact us by email and we will issue a replacement of your original order.
03 — Cancellations
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Once an order has been processed and/or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned. If any research chemical was taken out of stock to fulfill your order, it cannot be cancelled.
This is due to the fact that research chemicals lose their effectiveness and stability when subjected to temperature changes, and these research chemicals cannot be resold once they have been prepared for shipment.
04 — Lyophilized Products
Policy on Lyophilized (Freeze-Dried) Products
All our products are lyophilized, meaning they have been freeze-dried for optimal preservation, stability, and ease of shipping. This process results in products that are not in liquid form. The lyophilization process is part of our commitment to delivering high-quality, stable, and reliable products to our customers.
Customer Awareness
By purchasing our products, customers acknowledge they are aware of the lyophilized nature of our products. Customers accept that the products are not in a liquid form and understand the reason for the lyophilization process. They are further made aware that the product’s state does not affect its quality or efficacy.
05 — Chargebacks
Chargeback Policy
In the event of a chargeback, we will provide all necessary documentation and evidence to the relevant financial institution or credit card company to demonstrate that the transaction was legitimate and authorized by the customer. We may also contact the customer directly to attempt to resolve the issue before any further action is taken.
In cases where we are able to successfully defend against a chargeback, we reserve the right to charge the customer a fee to cover any expenses we incurred as a result of the chargeback.
We encourage our customers to contact us directly with any concerns or issues they may have before initiating a chargeback. Our customer service team is available to assist you in resolving any issues and ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services.
06 — Fraud
Credit Card Fraud Policy
At Ascension Peptides, we take credit card fraud very seriously. We have implemented strict policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our customers’ personal and financial information.
Unauthorized Use of Credit Cards
If we suspect that a credit card has been used without the owner’s authorization, we will immediately notify the appropriate authorities and cooperate fully with any investigations. If you suspect that your credit card has been used without your authorization, please contact your credit card company immediately and follow their procedures for reporting the incident.
